acceptable stay, but some issues
small room uncomfortable space
the bus stop outside is convenient. it takes you into the city.
the room was quite small. the neighborhood lacks nearby attractions. also, i found the space not very comfortable. it just wasn't up to par for the price i paid.

The staff was so helpful. They let me check in early! i appreciated the available tea and coffee in my room, it's a nice touch. the hotel partners with local cafes. That means discounts! i made use of the nearby bus stops, travel was easy.

helpful staff early arrival thoughtful extras
I felt welcomed right away. The staff, specially Silvia and Lukas, were helpful. They messaged me before I arrive and even let me know my room was ready early. There were many thoughtful extras, such as ear plugs and local recommendations.
The neighborhood didn't have that many activities immediately nearby, which required a bit of travel.

Eric greeted me and carried my bags. Lukas and Silvia offered helpful assistance anytime I needed anything. The staff provides a warm and personal touch that makes all the difference.

My room had cleanliness, it was spacious, and super clean. The bed felt large and comfy making it easy to relax after a long day. There was little added touches that gave the room a cosy atmosphere.

convenient process breakfast item luggage storage
the check in process was convenient. general breakfast items were available in the common area. luggage storage was a huge help. i found these services very useful.
The window was too heavy to open. This made it difficult to get fresh air into the room. i wish the window mechanism was easier to operate, but otherwise, my stay was very satisfying.

heavy window steep stairs
the location was good, and i was able to quickly get extra pillows from staff.
the heating could not be controlled, and it made my room too warm at night. the window was heavy, so I struggled to open it easily. the stairs were also very steep, and it was difficult to carry my luggage up them.
